Termite Infestation and Good Housekeeping

Greetings from the Triple A HQ Pest Control Manila!

For our first ever company blog post, we thought we'd share with you a short story about our own experience and discoveries in pest control Philippines.
Prior to entering this business and being taken under the wings of our mighty instructor (a.k.a. Bugman from Vegas), many of us mistakenly thought that new or at least well-kept houses wouldn't be prone or vulnerable to termite infestation. Well, guess what - we were entirely wrong.

CASE IN POINT:
A sprawling property located north of Manila (not to worry, we have permission to share this story) with its own garden, pool, fishing pond (of sorts) and a three-story house (not made of wood, mind you) that was spic and span 24/7. WHAT WE FOUND: Under sink spaces were not tiled but regularly cleaned; lo and behold, when one of us, armed with our ever-ready, handy-dandy pocket torch, crawled underneath, we discovered a HUGE mound underneath.

Termite Control Philippines

As you can see, without proper treatment and protection, even the best-kept homes can be vulnerable to termite infestation. And here's another piece of trivia: garden termites (normally found outdoors) can also find a way into your homes, as evinced in the picture above.

LESSON OF THE DAY:
Never assume anything. Termite-infested furniture is another way for your beautiful home (old or new) to end up similarly infested as well. Also, site inspections are free, guys. Contact us today and we'll have one of our technicians scheduled to visit your property, a.s.a.p. ;)
